La Nucía showed solidarity with Morocco by donating 4,000 kg of material

 

 

 

The people of La Nucía demonstrated once again their solidarity by donating different materials in the La Nucía “Urgent Aid for Morocco” Solidarity Campaign. In total, 4,000 kilos of material have been collected : blankets, warm clothing in good condition, tents and sleeping bags. This week it will be sent to Morocco through solidarity convoys.

The Generalitat Valenciana will carry out improvements on the Benidorm-La Nucía road (CV-70) as announced this morning by Salomé Pradas, Minister of the Environment, Water, Infrastructure and Territory during her visit to the La Nucía City Council, “to improve road safety between Benidorm and La Nucía, given that it is the fourth busiest road in the Valencian Community .”

 

He also announced that the “public transportation service” will be improved to improve the interurban regional bus service with an urgent shock plan, which will increase the frequency of buses . One of the historical demands of the La Nucía City Council and the region.
