Benidorm is resuming its environmental education programme on May 16 with a hands-on workshop in Foietes Park focused on building nest boxes and insect hotels to support urban biodiversity and ecological balance.
The initiative, led by the city’s Parks and Gardens Department, is part of a wider strategy to improve green spaces and encourage the presence of beneficial wildlife in urban areas.
Hands-on conservation for families
The free workshop, starting at 10:30 a.m., is aimed especially at families and children. Participants will build:
