Finestrat / 24 April 2026
A major retro music event celebrating the sounds of the 1990s and 2000s is set to return to the Costa Blanca next month, following strong demand after last year’s sell-out edition.
The “Tornem als 90: Finestrat Remember” festival will take place on Saturday 9 May in Finestrat, bringing an afternoon and evening of nostalgic dance music to the La Foia sports complex.
Organised by the local council’s festivals department, the event will feature a large covered venue next to the football ground, complete with lighting and sound production designed to recreate the atmosphere of classic club nights.

Line-up of DJs
A number of well-known DJs from Spain’s dance scene are scheduled to perform, including Chimo Bayo, Vic Iorka, Paco García, Chumi DJ, Batiste, Ismael Lora, José Conca and Lorena Llanes.
The programme will run from 4:00pm through to 2:00am, combining live DJ sets with food trucks and bar facilities provided by local festival organisers.
Strong Local Backing
The event has been presented by Finestrat’s mayor Nati Algado and councillor for festivals Sara Llorca, who highlighted its growing popularity as both a local celebration and a draw for visitors to the area.
Organisers say the festival aims to recreate “the music that defined a generation”, tapping into continued demand for nostalgia-driven events across Spain and wider Europe.

Tickets and Travel
Tickets are now on sale online, priced at €18, with discounted entry available for registered local residents. Attendance is restricted to over-18s, although 16- and 17-year-olds may attend with parental consent.
A free shuttle bus service will operate from La Cala area, with stops in nearby residential zones to improve access and reduce traffic pressure.
With limited capacity and strong early interest, organisers are advising advance booking to avoid disappointment.
