Benidorm’s ‘Festa de les Festes’ brought together local associations and regional houses yesterday morning in the Plaza de Sus Majestades los Reyes de España, where the Queens and Ladies of the 2025 Patron Saint Festivals delighted the crowd with the traditional Ball del Peuet — the cherished “Little Foot Dance” performed to the rhythm of the xirimita and tabalet.
The final day of the Patron Saint Festivals began with a popular hot chocolate gathering in the organisers’ marquee, followed by a parade through the city streets. Representatives from the festival associations and regional centres joined the Queens, Paula Pascual Sánchez and Aitana Pérez Gutiérrez, their courts of honour, and the Festival Committee President, Susana Martínez, on their way to the main square.
There, they were greeted by Mayor Toni Pérez, Councillor for Festivals Mariló Cebreros, and other city officials. After refreshments, each participating group received a copy of the Official Book of the 2025 Patron Saint Festivals, presented by the festival queens and dignitaries.
The morning concluded with a lively children’s mascletà and sweet firework display, much to the delight of the youngest attendees. Among the guests were Pablo Ruz, Mayor of Elche, and Irene Ruiz, Elche’s Councillor for Tourism and Culture.

The festivities continued with the spectacular Float Parade, featuring 40 floats, along Avenida del Alcoy and proceeded through Martínez Alejos Avenue, Ruzafa Street, Venus Street, Marte Street, and Almendros Street, ending near Elche Park.
The fireworks display by Vulcano Pyrotechnics — using more than 1,000 kilograms of pyrotechnic material — will closed the celebrations from Poniente Beach, marking the grand finale of five days of colour, music, and festive brotherhood in Benidorm.
