Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) has awarded and commenced a new maintenance contract for the signalling and telephony systems operating across TRAM d’Alacant Lines L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5, as well as for level crossings on the network.
The contract, valued at €7,022,752.88 (including IVA) over an initial four-year period, may be extended for a further year, increasing the total investment to €8,778,441.10 (including IVA).
The objective of this investment is to ensure that all facilities remain in perfect working order, maintain the highest safety standards, guarantee service quality, and ensure full compliance with current regulations.
