The British private school Sierra Bernia School de l'Alfàs has donated a batch of basic products to the Red Cross, material selflessly contributed by students and teachers, in order to collaborate with the NGO, a gesture that is repeated every year around this time .

The private British school Sierra Bernia School de l'Alfàs del Pi, founded in 1973, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. With 220 students of all nationalities, preferably Spanish, English, Norwegian, Swedish, Ukrainian, Chinese, German and French, the school The private Sierra Bernia School in l'Alfàs has offered British education for ages 3 to 18 since its establishment, at the initiative of a group of parents, in a chalet behind the Estrada with about 15 boys and girls.

Soon the space was insufficient and it was in 1977 when Duncan Allan took over the management and the center took a leap forward, establishing itself on the outskirts of the municipality, where it is currently located, and positioning itself as the most established British school on the entire Costa Blanca.
