On January 3, the Royal Page of the Three Wise Men will arrive in l'Alfàs del Pi to collect the letters that the girls and boys of the municipality have written for their Majesties of the East. He will be on the Esplanade of the House of Culture, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., according to information provided by the Mayoralas of the Immaculate Conception 2025, in charge this year of helping Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar in this very special task.
In addition, the Mayoralas of Purísima will be at the Abbey on January 3 and 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., to help their magical majesties collect gifts.
The Councillor for Festivals and Traditions of l'Alfàs, Sandra Gómez , has thanked the Mayoralas of the Immaculate Conception for their collaboration in these endearing events that bring magic and excitement to the little ones at home.
A total of 8 young people are joining the committee : Alba Reche Arroyo, Marta Clavijo López, Irene Arroyo Guerra, Pilar Barragán Álvarez, Mary Jay Daly Gruver, Lucia Llinares Ortuño, Aitana García Azorín and Paula Guijarro Pastor. She thanks all of them for their commitment to the Fiestas de la Purísima and their enthusiasm.
The arrival of Their Majesties the Three Wise Men from the East is scheduled for Sunday, January 5. Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar will begin , at 6:00 p.m., the cavalcade that will depart from the Esplanade of the House of Culture to tour the main streets of the town until reaching the Plaza Mayor, where they will worship the child. Once the cavalcade is over, the gift-giving ceremony will take place in the municipal tent. An event organized by the Department of Festivals and Traditions of l'Alfàs del Pi, in collaboration with the Mayorales of 2025, from the Penya El Descontrol, and the Mayoralas of the Immaculate Conception 2025.
