Alicante Repatriation of British holiday makers

The first 200 British holiday makers affected by the Thomas Cook bankruptcy departed for Manchester from Alicante-Elche airport yesterday.

The flight was operated by Titan Airways chartered by the British Civil Aviation Authority.

British Consulate staff in Alicante where there to attend to passengers at the terminal.

The next flight is scheduled for Sunday and there will be two others on October 3 and 6.
