American cars, motorbikes of various styles, rock and roll bands and motorcycle clubs will star at the meeting on the edge of Antoneta beach from March 22 to 24.
Antoneta beach will host the Iberia Motor Fest on the weekend of March 22 to 24. Thousands of motoring fans will participate in this meeting in which the motorcycle and rock cultures will be combined.
Iberia Motor Fest presents a wide program of activities for both fans and the public, with rallies of American motorcycles and cars, live rock music concerts, exhibition of the Harley Davidson truck, so visitors can enjoy the experience of driving the latest models of this brand, sales stalls, motorcycle stands and food trucks. The Councilor for Sports, Peyo Lloret, explains that "the Passeig de l'Antoneta is the ideal place to celebrate this motor festival in a relaxed atmosphere by the sea and where gastronomy and music will be combined throughout the day" .
The event has a wide program of activities open to the public. It will start on Friday evening with music sessions by DJs, tapas and a biker party. On Saturday, the crowd will be buzzing with the roar of engines at the American Car Engine Sound Contests and Stunt Passes, where fans burn wheels. The Red Bull party and the 6th anniversary of the Indian Motorcycle Riders Groups club in Alicante will also be celebrated, where the new Indians of 2024 will be presented. In the evening, around 700 motorcycles and 200 American cars will parade through the most emblematic corners of La Vila Joiosa and, at night, Carlos Segarra, the singer of Los Rebeldes, and the groups Doctor Infierno and Tribute to ACDC will perform. On Sunday, the DJ music sessions will continue until the evening.
The festival will feature motorbikes from different brands and models such as Indian Motorcycle, Harley Davison, Royal Enfield, Honda, Yamaha, Vespa, Montesa and Ossa, among others, as well as American cars belonging to clubs all over Spain. Organized by Sud-est Bike Week, it has the collaboration of the Sports Department of Vila Joiosa City Council and the village club GTM 2 Rodes.
